I have always been fascinated with light, color and pattern. I am especially drawn to the beauty found in nature. My process is very intuitive and I let the work lead me, which results in many layers and colors peeking through. Sometimes I am inspired by a photograph I’ve taken, but most often my landscape imagery comes from my imagination and a color palette that I want to experiment with on the canvas.
