After retiring in 2014, I finally had time to pursue my creative side. I immediately fell in love with pastel painting. I took 4 years worth of classes at the Artists Guild Gallery on Main St. Many of my paintings are on display at the Universal Cafe & Art Gallery behind the County Square offices off University Ridge. Acrylic pouring was just something to which I was attracted after seeing some pieces at art fairs. I got all my training for it on You Tube and I have a lot of fun doing it. Some of my coasters, trivets and doo-dads are on display in the gift shop at the Artists Guild Gallery.
