A native of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, I spent many years in Northeast Ohio before moving to Charlotte, NC and eventually following grandkids to Greenville, SC. I took my first figure drawing class in 1998 at a local college, and since then I have been transforming canvases into vibrant celebrations of life. Inspired by the love within my family, travel, and the beauty found in the world around me, I breathe joy into every stroke, creating art that radiates positivity.

My unwavering passion for bright and happy colors makes each canvas a testament to my love affair with life. Every hue tells a story and every shade captures a moment in time in my work. Whether exploring the relation of objects to one another in still- life paintings or honing skills in watercolor batiks, I bring ordinary scenes to life, inviting viewers to see the world through my eyes. My goal is to infuse any space with a sense of joy and energy.
