My work explores the emotional landscapes of change through layered abstraction,
architectural forms, translucent color, and gestural mark-making. My paintings
examine the internal spaces we inhabit as we navigate life's transitions.
Process remains central to my practice. I approach each painting intuitively, allowing
layers, repetition, and gesture to accumulate over time. Rather than concealing
earlier marks, I leave traces of previous decisions visible, reflecting the ways our
experiences continue to shape us. Meaning unfolds through the act of making, much
as clarity emerges through lived experience.
Through my paintings, I invite viewers to pause, reflect, and recognize their own
journeys within the layered surfaces, discovering moments of resilience, connection,
and clarity.
