Artist Statement

I am a self-taught painter and mixed media artist who has finally come to terms with the fact that my art does not fit neatly into categories. Sometimes, it reflects my childhood, growing up in Southern California’s psychedelic sixties. Sometimes, it reflects my “co-exist”, “live and let live” philosophy. Sometimes, it reflects my travels… both real and imagined.
Always, my art reflects my emotions at that moment.
