Artist Statement

My southern heritage guides my subject choices. This deep rooted obsession is the essential, emotional connection which pilots each brush stroke.

Light is my Muse. It is the emotional layer that informs my senses and emboldens me to create. Light is the intangible layer that transforms every environment and creates the first and final impression.
