I LOVE CREATING ART, learning, exploring, and observing the what-ifs. Ultimately,
reaching the creative space, when you know you’re not alone in the process and
don’t want to stop for fear of losing that happy place. Light, shadows, and reflections
are an integral part of my art with focus on landscape acrylics, and inspirational
mixed media.
I enjoy landscapes, particularly golf courses because they blend a uniquely crafted
landscape design with nature’s bountiful greenery and running waters. My
inspiration comes when playing golf, through a soft, quiet voice that makes me take
notice of the overwhelming awe of where I am, what I see and how I feel.
Inspirational mixed media is a vastly different art experience, taking a simple word
or phrase, engaging in an exploration process, and transforming it into a work of art.
The words we surround ourselves with can have a profound influence on what we
think, what we say, and what we do. And that is what art is supposed to do.
