My preference media is oil on stretched linen canvas. Stylistically, I paint in fine art form with attention to detail. In still life subject-paintings, I strive to capture the realism with ciaro scuro lighting. In landscape paintings, I mimic the style of the 18th century of the Hudson River school artists, namely Thomas Cole, Albert Bierstadt, Fredrick Church and many others. Other painting subjects are of people with interesting characteristic features.
A personal note:
Painting has been my hobby for over 65 years; I am a self-taught in this field, often it has acted as a release from Aerospace engineering. Now in retirement, I paint more and have accumulated lots of work. All available for sale or as donations to worthy charities.
