Join Teresa Cywin for a series of sweet watercolor classes designed for beginners and experienced beginners. She has been painting ever since she can remember and has been teaching for the last decade. We start with transferring images of simple photos of fruit on branches to our thick watercolor paper. No need to worry about the drawing process! Then, we learn the basics of watercolor painting from how to combine colors to creating light and shadows. Teresa will give very specific directions on using basic colors, but also give you room for creativity as desired. Each Sunday's class focuses on creating a different painting: a pear, a pomegranate, and a peach. You will end up with three completed works of art to hang together as a triptych, perhaps in your kitchen.

DETAILS:

Dates: Three Sunday afternoons: April 14, April 21, May 5

Note: No class April 28. This is a good day to practice or catch-up at home with suggestions from the instructor.
