What Happens in a Space- four women making prints: Sept. 5 – Oct. 25

“What Happens in a Space…” consists of artwork by four artists whose creative connection began when they were classmates in a printmaking class with Marty Epp-Carter in her studio. Fanny, Nancy and Si come to their art-making from different perspectives, but one common thread unites their work; a commitment to material experimentation with a curiosity about the world around them. These result in a body of work for each artist that pushes the visual boundaries of the human form, nature’s subtle details, and the near and far of the psychic landscape.
The Exhibit runs through Oct. 2th and viewable from 9:30-12:30 Sundays. There will be a reception for the artists Thursday, September 24th from 5-7pm
