Simpsonville Fine Art Gallery Needs New Owner

The owner of the Simpsonville Fine Art Gallery is looking for a person or persons to assume the ownership of the gallery and its furnishings and the existing lease for the building housing the gallery. The existing two-year lease expires 8/31/2026 with an option to renew. The gallery is 1850 square feet with wall space for 23 artists and six private rental studios. Financial statements will be provided to interested parties.
