Paint With Colorful Collage Papers Workshop

Make vibrant paintings with or without a brush in this two-day workshop with Jane Todd Butcher. Artists of all skill levels will dye and stain art tissue and rice papers to make one-of-a-kind papers. They will then incorporate these papers into a design or image, sometimes adding painting. The focus is on experimentation, Color and Design. Uncolored papers may also be collaged to panels, with paint applied later for unique textural effects. Materials will be supplied.
Jane Todd Butcher has been teaching workshops regionally for many years, and is well known for her colorful collage paintings.
