“Mountains & Valleys” Annual Papercut Art Exhibit

Guild of American Papercutters annual members’ exhibit at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts: Enjoy complementary refreshments and meet paper artists whose works are inspired by landscapes of the Appalachian and other elevations and depressions, including music and folk tales. See paper art with countless intricate cuts in a single sheet of paper to multi-layered collages to three-dimensional sculptures and pop-ups. Local artists Barbara Stoop and Donna Reiss are in the exhibit with artists from around the U.S. and abroad, including internationally acclaimed Beatrice Coron.
