Mission Statement

The Logos Theatre, located in the heart of Taylors, SC, is a unique performing arts venue dedicated to producing powerful, original theatre that inspires, educates, and uplifts. Operated by the Academy of Arts Ministries, Logos Theatre merges professional-level productions with a strong commitment to spiritual and artistic excellence, creating a space where storytelling and truth go hand in hand.

Known for its ambitious and visually striking productions, the Logos Theatre offers a dynamic mix of classic literature adaptations, historical dramas, and family-friendly entertainment. Past performances have included original adaptations of The Hiding Place, A Peep Behind the Scenes, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and many others. Each production showcases high-quality acting, elaborate costuming, original music, and immersive set design that rival much larger metropolitan theaters.

In addition to its mainstage season, the Logos Theatre also serves as a training ground for aspiring artists. Through the Academy of Arts, students of all ages receive instruction in acting, voice, stage combat, design, and technical theatre. The venue also hosts workshops, youth camps, and touring programs that bring meaningful performances to communities throughout the Southeast.

The theatre itself offers a warm and welcoming environment, with seating for over 300 guests and state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. From large-scale battle scenes to intimate monologues, the venue is designed to bring stories to life in a way that deeply connects with audiences.
