I am an artist who makes decorative pottery using stoneware clay and handbuilding techniques. I enjoy allowing my pieces to evolve, rather than trying to control them with the use of a wheel. My work intentionally reflects organic shapes and I sometimes allow building marks to show through. I believe being able to clearly see that pieces are made by hand lets their uniqueness shine!
