Artist Statement

I enjoy painting things and places that I love. Things that evoke emotion. As I travel around our state, I am often pulling over, on the side of the road, to snap quick photographs of things or places that I want to paint! I also paint subjects that bring back happy memories. I enjoy taking these images and recreating them with watercolor, acrylics, and mixed media drawings.

Directions

From downtown, take E Washington St to Laurens Rd. Turn right on to Laurens Rd continue straight for 2.1 miles to East Parkins Mill Rd. Take a right at East Parkins Mill Rd. At the first stop sign take a left on to Isbell Ln. The studio is located on the corner of Isbell Ln and Isbell Ct. Enter the studio through the carport.
