Artist Statement

There is the special thrill of transforming what I am seeing to a painting. I am completely absorbed in the process once I begin. Whether it be watercolor or oil, the painting represents what I consider “the story” through the camera lens onto the canvas. Most of my paintings originate with my Nikon. My Nikon has captured what I want to paint, however my paintings capture my heart and what I feel others will see.

Directions

From downtown, take Main St north and turn left onto E Elford St. Take the next right onto Townes St. Travel 0.2 miles and turn left onto Central Ave. The studio is on your right. Look for the colorful sculptures out front.
