We are looking for an artist to share the studio at the Simpsonville Arts Center. Here are the details
- Studio size is 600sq. ft. Artist will have half of it
- Sharing with acrylic artist Gerri Hyman
- Monthly rent is $650 but you will pay half - $325 + insurance
