Foothills Philharmonic’s 25th season opening night features "Scheherazade, Op. No. 35" by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov. The tales of the Arabian Nights come to life in this vivid symphonic poem. Foothills also performs, "The Overture to La Belle Hèléne" by Jacques Offenbach - a musical spoof on the Greek myth of Helen of Troy.
