Escape to the Mountains: A Solo Exhibition by Gerri Green

Local artist Gerri Green captures colorful, vibrant landscapes of the Blue Ridge region in a solo exhibit of new work. These vistas and woodland scenes reflect a deep connection to the outdoors and the natural beauty found close to home. Her work is full of energetic movement and bold color, and compositions balanced with organic rhythm. Forms flow naturally across the canvas, and create a sense of ease that invites the eye to wander through each scene the way we might wander through our own backyard.

The exhibit will be on display from Sept 4 – Oct 23; it can be viewed during box office hours or during the production of Rumors on stage Sept. 17-Oct 4.
