Catherine Labbé, Where My Mind Wanders: New Paintings and Collage

Wilkinson ART Gallery is pleased to host a reception for Where My Mind Wanders, Paintings and Collage by artist Catherine Labbé, on July 18, 2026, from 7 until 9 pm.

This work looks at ecosystems surrounding us, especially inspired by visits to western states. Beetles, plant forms, and natural patterns are registered in our minds as richly layered compositions in paintings and collage, from small works to mid-size and larger acrylics on panel and canvas.

What attracts me to Catherine’s work is her ability to translate natural forms into a visual scape that’s full of texture, detail and energy. These paintings claim your attention.
