The Scenic Route
Spoonbill Gallery presents “The Scenic Route,” a solo exhibition by contemporary painter Kate Shultz, inviting viewers to take “The Scenic Route.”
“This collection explores the simplicity of shapes and color in the natural world while celebrating the unexpected joy found outside one’s typical daily route,” says Schultz. “When we slow down and take the scenic route both literally or metaphorically, we often discover moments of beauty that would otherwise go unnoticed.”
Join us for an Artist Reception with Kate Schultz on Friday, June 5, from 6–9 PM during First Fridays. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist, learn about her creative process, and experience firsthand how her paintings transform everyday landscapes into vibrant moments of color, shape, and unexpected joy.
