Making for me is a process of abolishing hierarchies of beauty to allow an assemblage of styles through an openness to daily experience. It involves exploring the unknown to preserve a spirit of adventure. I invent a world from the parts of this one. The poetic alchemy between the hand, clay, and fire draws me to making pottery and sculpture with clay.
From downtown Greenville, take 276 (Poinsett Highway) past Furman University. Take the ramp onto Hwy. 25N. Turn right at the first red light, Little Texas Road. Go 2.1 miles then turn left onto Windtree Court. #12 will be the 4th house on the right. The studio is the green building in the back.
