DESCRIPTION:Greenville Through a Lens is a Fine Arts Exhibit & Cultural Event hosted by The Cunningham Fine Arts Foundation at The Rutherford on April 25th\, 2026 from 4pm – 9pm.\nThe 4th Annual Greenville Through A Lens Suit & Tie Black Carpet Evening is more than an art showcase—it’s a cultural experience. Guests are encouraged to express their artistry through fashion while experiencing Greenville’s rich Black and Hispanic history brought to life through original artwork and live performance. The evening features works by founder and fine artist Timothy Cunningham\, alongside PHOR\, Orlando Corona\, RaAmen Stallings\, Peggy Dillard-Toone\, and Lloyd Toone\, with powerful spoken word by Greenville Poet Laureate Glenis Redmond and Poet Dove Dupree. Guided by MC Rasaq Adeyemi\, the night unfolds with black carpet interviews by MaryMak\, curated food and drinks from local restaurants and breweries\, and music by DJ Kurious George—an on-time\, high-impact evening celebrating art\, history\, and unity. \nA percentage of all sales proceeds will be donated to the Young Brothers Academy of Greenville for the betterment of youth programs in Greenville county. Donations to assist the mission of the Cunningham Fine Arts Foundation’s programs & workshops conducted in the Greenville community will be accepted at this event. \nThis project is funded in part by the Jolley Foundation\, Community Foundation of Greenville\, the South Carolina Arts Commission\, and the Metropolitan Arts Council.
