Classes at the Art Cellar

The Art Cellar offers a variety of art classes this summer in downtown Greenville:

The Practical and Playful Art of Altered Books
Wednesday 7/12, 6:30  -8:30
This two session class will show you the fundamentals and fun of altered books. The first class is about selecting a book, prepping the pages, and getting started. The second class (7/19) is all about the fun of creating a personal work of art.
This class will be taught by gallery artist Suzanne Woolf.
Class cost $50

Mug Mondays with Jen Selwyn 
Monday 7/17, 6:30 – 8:30
Each month the gallery offers this fun two part class to hand build ceramic mugs! Create one handbuilt mug with stamps and tools to create a functional piece of art!
Glaze on 7/31.  Class cost $35

Earring Design with Betty Snyder
Tuesday 7/18, 6:30 – 8:30
Join us for an intro earring class taught by Betty Snyder. Bring your creativity and leave with 2 pairs of earrings!  All tools and materials included with options for copper, brass, alumnium peices and handcrafted sterling earwires.
Class cost $35

Alcohol Inks with Marcy Yerkes
Thursday 7/20 6:30-8:30
Alcohol inks create vibrant, abstract and unique paintings. In this workshop style class
you will leave with two panels of your own creations!
Class cost $45
