Classes encourage creativity and also make sure that the students learn art skills in each class. Class size is limited to 8 students. Classes are convenient to both Greenville and Spartanburg and are taught at Donna Landau's studio
Tuition is $50 per month. Registration and materials fee required. Regular sessions are offered on Tuesdays. 4:15-5:15; and 5:30-6:30.

Classical Through Modernism: Exploring the Figure in Motion

We’ll begin with a more classical approach on Thursday night and explore the figure in motion through gesture, line and form. Friday night, we’ll work with color, graphite or charcoal. Saturday’s focus is on using color to work toward a finished contemporary work. Our three ballet dancers will move from station to station allowing you time to complete a large work. Models for this workshop will be ballet dancers in colorful costumes.

Summer Workshops
Greenville Little Theatre announces class registration for their summer "GLT JR" classes for children. "GLT JR" will offer three one-week courses for students ages 8-18 beginning Mondays, June 7, 14, and 21. Class topics offered include: film acting & production, musical theatre performance, and stage acting & production. All classes are taught by professional theatre artisans in a small group environment. Courses enhance performance skills through various workshops specifically tailored for young people. No previous class or stage experience is necessary to participate.

Art classes with Julia Peters are not structured to every student doing the same thing. For example, while you may want to be working in oils, your neighbor may be working in watercolor. Julia works with each student individually. It's like having a semi-private lesson! You choose your own subject matter and work at your own pace in a casual, artistic atmosphere.
Classes meet once a week for an entire session. We offer 3, 4, 8 and 10 week sessions. Morning classes are held from 10 am to 1 pm on Monday through Friday. Evening classes are held from 6:30 pm through 8:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Kid’s Art Camp at Pickens County Museum and Hagood Mill Historic Site

Registration is currently underway for two creative experiences for children that will be offered at the Pickens County Museum and at the Hagood Mill. Participants can choose either “It All Starts with Paper” at the Museum” or “Settler Skills” at the Hagood Mill.

SCCT's Theater Arts Conservatory is a professional center that provides instruction to young people ages 2 - Adult at their headquarters in downtown Greenville.
