I am captivated by the nature that surrounds me and all of it's hidden secrets. The structure and it's purpose is not unlike our own; the pollinating and regrowth each Spring let's me know that change is possible. Not unlike nature, my collage work is about the process of making and the and the end result is secondary. My paintings are very large portraits of flowers and landscapes full of color and texture. All in an attempt to help the viewer see the magnificence in the mundane.
